什么是 IP 地址?

IP 地址(Internet Protocol address)是分配给网络上每一台设备的唯一编号,作用类似于收件的门牌号--它让数据能够准确找到往返的目标设备。没有 IP 地址,设备便无法在互联网上收发信息。

IPv4 与 IPv6

目前主要有两个版本的 IP 协议:

  • IPv4:32 位地址,形如 192.0.2.1,总共约 43 亿个。由于互联网爆发式增长,IPv4 地址已基本耗尽。
  • IPv6:128 位地址,形如 2001:db8::1,数量近乎无限,旨在取代 IPv4。

IP 地址是如何分配的

当你连接网络时,运营商(ISP)会为你的路由器分配一个公网 IP;路由器再通过 DHCP 为家中每台设备分配内网 IP。网站看到的是你的公网 IP,而内网 IP 不会出现在公网上。

What is an IP Address?

An IP address (Internet Protocol address) is a unique number assigned to every device on a network. It works like a postal address for data--letting information find the right device to and from. Without an IP address, a device cannot send or receive anything on the internet.

IPv4 and IPv6

Two versions of the IP protocol are in use today:

  • IPv4: 32-bit addresses like 192.0.2.1, about 4.3 billion in total. IPv4 addresses have effectively run out due to the internet's explosive growth.
  • IPv6: 128-bit addresses like 2001:db8::1, virtually unlimited, designed to replace IPv4.

How IP Addresses Are Assigned

When you connect, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) assigns a public IP to your router. The router then uses DHCP to give each of your devices a private IP. Websites see your public IP; private IPs never appear on the public internet.
